Ontario, Oct. 3-4: 263 Exhibitors and Free Admission
The California Trucking Show runs Saturday Oct. 3 and Sunday Oct. 4 at the Ontario Convention Center. Admission is free and the official list already shows 263 exhibitors.

The California Trucking Show opens Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, 2026 at the Ontario Convention Center, 2000 E Convention Center Way, Ontario, California 91764. Doors are open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days, and registration opens one hour before the floor does.
Two details decide whether this show is worth your time, and neither one is the equipment on the floor.
It falls on a weekend, and it costs nothing
The big national shows run midweek. Going to one means giving up a load day, and for an owner-operator that day has a price you can calculate. This show is Saturday and Sunday, and admission is free with online registration.
That changes the arithmetic completely. You are not weighing the show against a day of revenue — you are weighing it against a weekend. If you run Southern California or anything through the Inland Empire, the cost of showing up is fuel and parking.
What is actually on the floor
The official exhibitor list carried 263 booth entries and 261 distinct companies when we counted it on August 31, 2026, with stand numbers running from 99 to 1813. Two companies hold two stands each. Treat that as a floor, not a ceiling: exhibitor lists keep growing until the doors open.
The mix is not what a driver expects from a truck show. Alongside tires, engine parts and trailer hardware, a large share of the list is back-office: insurance agencies, tax and compliance services, permit brokers, factoring and financing, warranty providers, telematics and load boards. Several towing and dumpster operators are on the list as well.
That matters for how you plan the two days. If your open questions are about authority, insurance renewal, IFTA, permits or financing, you can get more done here than at a show built around new iron, because you can stand in front of the vendor and ask instead of waiting on a phone queue.
What to settle before you drive out there
- Register before you drive. Admission is free but it goes through the registration form; do it at home, not in the parking lot.
- Arrive on Saturday if you can. Sunday afternoon is when exhibitors start breaking down mentally — move-out begins at 5:00 PM Sunday.
- Bring your numbers. Insurance and financing vendors can only quote you if you have your authority date, miles, loss runs and unit list on your phone.
- Check the floor plan first. With stands spread from 99 to 1813, walking it blind burns half a day.
- Ask about show pricing in writing. A verbal show discount that is not on paper does not survive the drive home.
Where it sits among the other shows
The producer, ProExpos LLC, runs four events: the Texas Trucking Show in Houston, this one in Ontario, the Florida Trucking Show in Palm Beach on February 20-21, 2027, and the National Trucking Show in Dallas on August 14-15, 2027. Three are state-level shows; Dallas is the national one.
The show's phone line is (909) 505-0400. The venue's own line is 909-937-3000, and the official hotel is the Holiday Inn Ontario Airport.
One thing the official site does not publish is the year the show was founded, so we are not going to state one. That is a gap in the source, not a fact we happen to know.
Before you commit two days to any show, the truck has to be in a condition where a weekend off the road does not turn into a Monday breakdown. If you want brakes, suspension and alignment looked at before you park it, The Truck Savers does a free inspection.
