The Hummer EV Pickup offers dual- and tri-motor configurations with four-wheel drive. The two-motor version is rated at 570 horsepower, while the three-motor setup reaches 1,000 horsepower. In an instrumented test of the high-output model, the truck reached 60 mph in 3.3 seconds. That result is extraordinary for a vehicle measured at 9,640 pounds, but the same mass affects braking, tire loading, energy use and the way the truck must be handled around a jobsite.

Rear-wheel steering improves low-speed maneuverability, an important advantage in tight parking lots or when positioning around equipment. Available off-road hardware includes locking differentials, underbody protection, additional camera views, upgraded axles and 35-inch mud-terrain tires.
