Carter Travel Center is an independent Conoco travel center on US-89 northeast of Flagstaff. It runs 24 hours with diesel, a convenience store, a deli, a restaurant, propane, a truckers lounge and lit overnight parking. It is a solid stop before climbing onto the plateau.
