A Monterrey-based holding created in 2023 by integrating the Grupo Nor y Caribe companies, whose history dates back to 1973. Zinergia groups five carriers (Auto Express Nor y Caribe, Autolíneas Nuevomex, Transportes Urgentes and Fletes 3H, among others) plus a leasing arm, fielding over 1,100 tractors and 7,500 trailers: flatbeds, curtainsiders, lowboys, extendables, 53-foot reefers and car-hauler rigs for the automotive industry. It specializes in steel, manufacturing and door-to-door cross-border service with the United States.
